My Journey
I build and evolve Salesforce systems that connect technical infrastructure to real organizational outcomes.
At Tech Goes Home, a Boston-based digital equity nonprofit, I owned Salesforce end-to-end, integrating three external systems to make Salesforce the operational source of truth, and building dashboards that tracked outcomes for over 10,000 learners. The result was evidence-based data that gave leadership what they needed to report confidently to funders. The part I spent the most time on was making sure the program team could actually use what I built, because a system nobody trusts produces data nobody believes.
My work sits at the intersection of Salesforce development, systems integration, and analytics. I hold Salesforce Administrator, MuleSoft Associate, and Agentforce Specialist certifications.
